There's a small taste of this in my egoClip, a free RSS news reader that automatically learns to prioritize articles by your interests. (egoClip isn't based on my new technology and isn't compatible with Vista yet.) It does this while keeping its model of your interests private, on your own computer. The future of computing depends on machines knowing so much about you that no one else can be trusted with this information.
