Hazard: The product poses a risk of strangulation due to the presence of a drawstring with toggles on the ends in the hood. The cord is made out of rubber and if a child pulls it, the toggles may spring back into its eyes and face causing injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.
