Hazard: The driver's power seat harness may become trapped between the metal seat bracket and the seat lifter mechanism. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition, damage to the harness may occur and this can result in loss of operation of the driver's power seat. In extreme circumstances unexpected self-operation of the driver's power seat base may occur.

Hazard: The products pose a risk of injuries because the ignition and ECM relay contacts, in the IPDM, may become contaminated with a build up of silicon oxide from the relay diode. This can lead to poor conduction at the relays contacts. In an extreme case, this can result in electric problems, engine stall and failure to restart the vehicle.
